MY NEW HOPPER KEEPS SHUTTING DOWN WITH OUT MY PERMISSION.
I HAVE TO KEEP STARTING IT BACK UP!

    The receiver will go into stand by mode after 4 hours if not being used. But if the receiver is shuting down by itself and you have to reboot the system to turn it back on you might need to replace the hopper. Hope this helps

    Check the settings for the Inactivity Standby mode. This is likely what is causing the trouble. Also, make sure it is plugged directly into the wall if possible as some surge suppressors and power strips can cause issues.

    If nothing else works, try calling Customer Support at 18003333474. If it ends up that your unit is faulty, they will get you taken care of with a replacement.

    Ur reciever has a thing were it shuts down after 4 hours of no activity.

    The Hooper still has alot of bugs that need to be worked out. I would call in atech visit for free.. 1800-333-3474

    yes, there is a standby mode when you dont touch the remote on the hopper
    but if it continues to shutdown in less than an hour , you may need a replacement hopper
