I was promised a $25 Visa gift card with activation on 9/15/2011, I have not received this gift card. Why have I not received $25 gift card as promised?

    unfortunately this was an offer made by a third party company. You will have to call the business that you ordered dish from and get them to get your gift card.

    I am guessing this was not a Dish Network promotion. I have not heard of anything like this anyway. You probably signed up through a local contractor and that is who you will want to be getting in touch with. The only rebate/gift card promo Dish has going on is $99 for the sling adapter, but like I said, get in touch with the company you signed up with. lemme know how it goes

    It would depend on if you had given the offer code to the person setting up your account. If this was not entered into your account when it was ordered there is no way to get the gift card unfortunately. There is no way for us to go back and add the code once the account is built and installed.

    The same thing happen to my Mother in law. Because of this mistake she was out off luck and very mad. But it was her own fault, noone to be mad at but herself. Wish you luck.

    You definitely need to contact the retailer you went through. If you do not know then you can call 800-333-DISH and they should be able to provide you with the name of the retailer.
