T-Mobile will unlock your phone for you have an account in good standing that has been active for at least 90 days. To unlock the phone, call T-Mobile with the following information:
Account holder's name
Phone number
Account number
IMEI number (press *#06# on handset to get the IMEI)
Account password or last four digits of the account holder's social security number
Customer's contact number or email address
Make and model of the phone
A reason for the request (ex. to use with other SIM when traveling)
